西安

西安是中国的八大古都之一，也是著名的兵马俑的发现地。它位于渭河平原的中部，北临渭河，南靠秦岭。西安的人口大约有八百多万，面积九千九百八十三平方千米。普通话是当地的主要语言。当地著名的旅游景点包括了兵马俑，古城墙，大雁塔，华清池，半坡博物馆，碑林以及大清真寺。

上海

上海是中国最大的城市，也是中国最大的经济中心和交易口岸。上海位于中国面向太平洋的东海岸的中间位置，面积有六千三百四十平方千米，人口大约有一千八百九十万。到2010年，估计将会达到一千九百万。当地主要语言包括普通话以及上海话。

香港

香港大约有六百万的居民，总共有一千一百零八平方千米。它有很多各种各样游客喜欢的景点。像是迪斯尼乐园，海洋公园和维多利亚山顶。迪斯尼乐园正式开放与2005年的9月15号，由不同的主题区域组成，每天可以接待三万四千名游客，是最小的一个迪斯尼乐园。它在大屿山岛上。海洋公园正式开放于1977年的1月10号，是香港最受欢迎的景点之一。它的特色有骑马，骑车，展览和保持措施。它位于香港岛的西部。维多利亚山顶也被称为太平山顶或是山顶。在维多利亚山顶可以看到壮观的风景，包括整个城市的轮廓，世界著名的维多利亚港湾，九龙高高的摩天大楼和平静的绿色山坡。它是在香港的西半岛。

北京

北京也被称为Peking。它在太平洋的西岸，位于中国北方的北角。它是中国第二大城市，面积有16808平方千米，北京拥有大约一千四百万的人口，占地面积约十六万八千平方千米。它位于中国的北部，主要语言是普通话。北京有许多旅游者喜欢的景点，像世界闻名的天安门广场和天坛，还有鸟巢体育场，2008年的奥运会就是在那里举行的。

Qi Xi Jie Festival

On the 7th day of the 7th lunar month is also known as Qi Xi Jie. It is a traditional holiday that is well known as China's Valentine's Day. This festival is about a cow herder called Niulang and a weaver of cloud who was also the daughter of the ruler of heaven,Zhinu. They both fell in love but as the law stated that it is forbidden to have a relationship between mortals and immortals. Zhinu's mother seperated them but allows them to meet on a certain date which was known as Qi Xi Jie.


七月初七也称为七夕节。这是一个传统节日也是众所周知的中国的情人节。七夕节讲述的是一个放牛的牧民称为牛郎和一个编制云朵并且也是天国统治者的女儿织女，他们互相都爱上了对方。但作为法律，凡人和神仙是被禁止有这种关系的。 织女的母亲分开了他们，但是允许他们能够某一特定日期相会一次，这一天就被称为七夕节。

Double Ninth Festival

The Double Ninth Festival is also known as Chung Yeung Festival in Hong kong. It Falls on the 9th of the 9th lunar month. On this day people climb high mountains to avoid misfortune and prevent disasters. They would also use Cornus officinalis and drink chrysanthemum wines.

双九节在香港也被称为重阳节。它属于农历的九月初九。在这一天人们攀登高山，为了避免不幸和预防灾害。他们还将利用山茱萸做药并且喝菊花酒。

Dragon Boat Festival

The Dragon Boat Festival is also known as Duan Wu Festival. It is celebrated on the 5th of the 5th lunar month. On that day people eat Zong zi. this festival is well known for its dragon boat races. It was said that this regatta is to honor the memory of Qu Yuan, who was a minister who commited suicide.

龙船节也被称为端午节。这是庆祝农历五月初五。在这一天人们吃粽子。这个节日由于划龙船比赛而众所周知的。据说，这划龙船比赛是为了纪念大臣屈原自杀。

Moon Festival

In China, Moon Festival is also known as Mid-Autumn Festival. The Mid -Autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals in china It is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. It is also an event of family reunion. As the full moon rises families get together to see the full moon and aswell as eating mooncake. Mooncake is a food specially for Moon Festival.

在中秋节是一个最重要的节日在中国。在中国，农历8月15日是中秋节。这也是家庭团圆的节日. 全家人相聚在一起，一边看着满月，一边吃月饼。月饼是专门针对中秋节的一种食品。

spring festival

Lunar New Year is also known as the Spring Festival. On this day many people go home and reunite with their families to celebrate. We set off firecrackers to celebrate the coming year. During the Spring Festival adults give childrens red pockets, and we say Kung Hei Fat Choi. On that day we also make dumplings to eat. After we eat dumplings we sit down to watch the gala.

农历新年也称为春节. 这一天，许多人回家与家人团聚庆祝. 我们燃放鞭炮庆祝来年. 春节期间成年人会给儿童红包，和我们说恭贺新禧. 在这一天，我们也包饺子吃. 之后，我们吃饺子，我们坐下来观看晚会.
